Seattle Anti-Freeze Groups

We typically train on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Some of our runners are fast, some are slow, but most are fun. We often break bread and enjoy some drinks after our runs.
SAF Community Volunteering is all about giving up a little bit of time and making a big difference.
How does one survive the long Seattle winter? On one's skis and snowboard of course! We will be putting together some day trips and some over-nighters.
